Women's Only CrossFit Class

When: Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-10:30 AM starting September 12th!

The Women’s Program is a female coached, all-female, strength and conditioning program that focuses on building strength, proper body mechanics and overall fitness/wellness .  This is a fun and supportive class led by our own Kim Green! 

A typical class involves a 10 minute warm up, some strength training or some technique work, followed by a Workout of the Day (WOD) that last anywhere from 10-30 minutes.  The class is 60 minutes long. 

You do NOT need to be in shape to start this class!  Everything is scalable to every level of ability!  The main difference between this and a regular class is that it is female only. 

We ARE a garage gym – on your first visit, park on the driveway (make sure not to block the fire station driveway!), and walk down the long driveway to the garage where you will meet Kim, Dwight or Brooklyn!   Don’t worry – you’ll have access to a bathroom as well.  We provide towels and bottled water.  Come try us out!
