CrossFit is a one-hour class that includes a warm-up, mobility, technique/lifting, and a Workout Of The Day (WOD) that is typically executed at a high level of intensity.  Each class is done together, as a class which creates a friendly environment of competition.  Come check us out!  We would love to have you - your first visit is always free!

Baseline

Please schedule directly with the gym to complete a baseline if no prior CrossFit experience.   Baseline is a one hour class that covers the basic body movements and allows the coaches to observe your level of fitness.  This enables the coaches to work directly with you through your CrossFit experience, to ensure you gain the most out of your time with CrossFit 1310.  email dwight@crossfit1310.com to set up your Baseline today!
