Here are three steps to get you started with CrossFit and CrossFit 1310. To get started simply attend a Saturday 9am free community class or schedule Saturday 10am Foundations class. Here is a little more information:
Saturday 9-10 am free community class
In this class we keep the movements simple but ensure you get a great workout. You'll be exposed to a traditional CrossFit workout in a fun environment. It's a great way to get a feel for the workouts and the people. We would love to have you drop by.
Saturday 10-11:30 am Foundations class
if you are wanting to move beyond the free Saturday class, please join us for our Foundations class. This class is required to enter our regular classes. In this hour and a half session we will cover core movements and introduce you to functional fitness. This will prepare you to drop into any class
The cost for this class is $40 which is applied to your first months membership.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter please contact us! We would love to have you drop into any regular class!
If you are experienced and are traveling and looking for a temporary box-home then we’ve got you!! Join us for a day, a week or a month we’re glad to have you. Arrive to your FIRST class 15 minutes early and we will get you set up. Be prepared to do a quick demo of a squat, clean, KB swing and snatch. This will help us determine any areas where we should be concerned about your safety from a technique perspective.
